SHIPPING

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

For urban North Island, shipping for orders up to 5kg is $6. Orders up to 10kg are $14.

For urban South Island, shipping for orders up to 4kg is $7.50. Orders up to 10kg are $20.

For all rural addresses, there is an additional $8.50 charge. If you can have your parcel delivered to an urban workplace or friend, go for it!

Rural pricing also applies for PO Box addresses, and all the small islands.

Orders over $75 to urban addresses get Free Delivery.

Your order will normally be dispatched within one working day. Shipping times can be variable due to courier staffing and logistical issues, so we can make no guarantees on delivery dates. Rural orders are delivered by NZ Post and generally take 2-3 days longer to reach you.​

Please ensure you have entered your address correctly as we will not be held responsible for any delay caused by an incorrect address.

If you haven't received your order within 5 working days (7 for rural) please contact us so we can follow this up with the courier.

​

Local pick up - you are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Whangarei.

​

If you are taking part in a fundraiser, your co-ordinator will let you know how to collect your order at the end of the fundraiser, if this is an option they are using, or you can select shipping for immediate dispatch.
